Please read the following information carefully and complete the questions below. Once we have this information and the deposit you will be confirmed! 

EVENT SPACE DETAILS


-Capacity for 80 people (Seats roughly 55 comfortably)
-Use of Television, TV can be used as projector system via HDMI
-Speakers for music or microphone via AUX cord
-Beer, sodas and NA beverages count towards drink minimum

SMALL GROUP

FOR SMALLER EVENTS WE CAN OFFER A PORTION OF THE EVENT SPACE, SEPARATED WITH A DIVIDER CURTAIN. THIS ALLOWS YOUR GROUP TO HAVE THEIR OWN PRIVATE SECTION OF THE ROOM. THIS IS RECOMMENDED FOR GROUPS AROUND 20 PEOPLE. THE OTHER SECTION OF THE ROOM IS OPEN TO PUBLIC. 


EVENT PAYMENTS

The standard room fee of $500 and specific drink minimum plus gratuity. Prices vary based on date and time, see pricing selection below. We ask that the reserving party pay for both the room fee and drink minimum on Friday/Saturday Events. Guests can buy their own beverages and have it count towards drink/tip minimum Sunday-Thursday Events. For this to work please inform us ahead of time. Each guest will need to make it clear they are with the event when ordering (wristbands/drink tickets help). The host is responsible for remainder of drink/tip minimum if it is not reached at end of evening. Please note we can monitor amount purchased/tipped only of closed tabs.

To reserve your place on our calendar, please pay a deposit of half the room fee via this link https://commerce.arryved.com/location/BXhr57Lh/modality/here/ . This is non-refundable deposit.  The rest will be charged the day of the event or if there is a cancellation within 2 weeks of the event.

--  FINE PRINT --
SERVICE: Drinks are served at the main bar.  Guests may use drink tickets, wristbands, event specific options available, to receive beers at the bar. Pitchers are not available.

SEATING: The placement and number of tables in our Private Event Room can vary. If there is a need for extra tables we can provide up to two 8 foot folding tables,  please let us know under the special instructions section below. Please plan to arrive early for setup if you desire a specific configuration of tables.

DECORATIONS: You are welcome to bring in decorations for your event (including flowers, small candles, table cloths, etc.) so long as they do not do any damage to the space, and are removed/disposed of at the end of the evening. No glitter or confetti is allowed and may incur an additional charge for clean up.

CATERING: Feel free to set up any food services that work with your group, whether it is catering or delivery. All catering is accepted. Please avoid booking food trucks, as we will have a food truck onsite everyday. Note that we do not have any facilities for food preparation or dish washing, and we do not provide any tableware, beyond glassware for beer, sodas, and water.

OUTSIDE BEVERAGES: No outside alcohol is allowed (or legal for that matter). We serve N/A drinks, sodas, which count towards your beverage minimum.  You are welcome to bring in outside N/A beverages / bottled water.

PARKING: We have limited on site parking. The surrounding side streets provide additional nearby space. Please be aware of any parking signs and limitations posted.

Cancellation Policy

If an event is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event the remainder of the room rental fee ($250) will be charged.
