Our take on a historic style popularized in Cologne, Germany. Subtle fruity notes of apple and pear on the nose with a low floral hop note. Low Pilsner malt aroma. Flavors of light/soft malt and pear. Light bodied with a clean and crisp finish. Pours a clear gold color with a white head

GOSE

Tart German Wheat

A sour German Wheat beer brewed with Coriander and Sea Salt. Kettle soured for a clean subtle tartness. Slightly spicy and lemony from the coriander with a clean mineral finish from the sea salt. Aroma of lemon and sunny days on the ocean beach. Fermented with our house Hefeweizen yeast for some depth and character.

ABV: 4.7 - IBU: 15 - Srm:4.7

HAZE OASIS

Hazy IPA

Introducing our newest year round Hazy IPA. Brewed with 2 publicly available US hop varieties Vista and Cashmere. Hop flavors and aromas of stone fruit, lime, melon, papaya, and an herbal note. Medium bodied with a low bitterness and a soft finish thanks to the flaked oats. Pours a hazy straw color with a fluffy white head.

ABV: 6.2 - IBU: 40 - Srm:5.6

Iron raptor

wild rice lager

Formed in collaboration with the Science Museum of Minnesota and the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology, this beer is our homage to the only carnivorous dinosaur fossil found in Minnesota. Iron Raptor uses Minnesota grown Wild Rice, which makes up 25% of the mash, giving the beer a subtle earthy sweetness. Hallertau Magnum hops offer a pleasant clean bitterness with a spicy crisp finish courtesy of Saaz hops. Pours a clear straw color with a white head. 

ABV: 4.3% - IBU: 25 - Srm:4.4

THE HOPCROMANCER

American IPA

Bursting with tropical, citrusy hops and a touch of biscuity malt, this year-round IPA balances pineapple and melon aromas with a hint of pine.

MANGOMANCER

Black tea Mango ipa

Essentially a scaled up version of our popular cask offering we do all the time but turned up a notch. 1lb per bbl of Mango Tango Black Tea and 16lb per bbl of Mango puree were added to the Fermenter.  Prominent mango and black tea notes. Moderately bitter with a dry finish.

Muddy Boot

Oatmeal Stout

Aromas of roast, chocolate, coffee, and subtle earthy hops. Chocolate and roast flavor with a velvety, creamy finish courtesy of lots of oats. Medium bodied with low bitterness. Pours a dark, rich black with a brown head. A great choice on Nitro.

Heritage Lager #5 Herencia

Bloody butcher corn amber lager

Collab with LaDoña

The 5th installment of the Heritage Lager Series pays homage to heirloom corn. Bloody Butcher corn was first introduced to settlers in the Virginia area in the 1840’s. For our brew this was locally grown by Sleepy Bison Acres farm in Sleepy Eye, MN. This was also a collaboration between us and La Dona Cerveceria in Minneapolis. Both breweries brewed beer with this corn. Floral and subtle corn aromas. Nutty corn flavor with a hint of sweetness. Light bodied with a low bitterness that finishes dry. Pours a clear garnet red with a tannish/red head.

e’s one of our incredibly talented brewers. This is her first recipe brewed at bad weather. She brewed this at Clutch brewing and it placed 2nd at the MN Brewers Cup in 2023.

Dark Czech Lager

A traditional Czech Dark Lager (Tmavé Pivo) that shines with rich malty flavors and a smooth, balanced finish. Bread crust, and caramel notes dominate the aroma, while the taste brings layers of chocolate, bread crust, dark fruits, and a hint of nuttiness.

brett barrel aged old ale

This Old Ale was aged for 3 years in Tawny Port barrels inoculated with 2 strains of brettanomyces yeast. Notes of cherries, funky brett earthiness, bread crust, sherry, caramel, and a pleasant vinous acidity. To quote the famous beer writer Michael Jackson "it is best to be drunk in half pints by a warm fire on a cold winter's night".

Barrel aged imperial Breakfast stout

The 9th installment of the Due Date Series celebrates Nikki & Sabastian’s daughter, Aurelia.

Aged 12 months in bourbon barrels, expect a full body and richly complex brew. Aromas of roasted coffee, chocolate, and vanilla as well as notes of oak and bourbon are balanced with subtle hints of maple syrup and dates. Ari’s cup of Joe is the perfect brunch companion or evening sipper.

FUNKomancer

Funky Brett ipa

While Brettanomyces yeast is generally known for its "funky" character it can also create some really lovely tropical notes as well. We used a combo yeast for this beer. Saccharomyces to do the bulk of the fermentation then the Brett does its thing after. We added a big dry hop charge of HRC-003 hops along with Sultana and Loral Cryo hops to really bring out the tropical character. Loads of pineapple funk with Mango and Citrus notes. Medium bitterness with a dry finish.
