In honor of the official release of “Mashmaker: A Citizen-Brewer’s Guide to Making Great Beer at Home” by Michael Dawson, we brewed a recipe straight from the book and allowed home brewers to bring a carboy to fill and finish the recipe at home.

The beer, Neck Tat That Says "Evil" Black IPA will be released at the taproom.
