Bap and Chicken is the brainchild of local restaurant industry vet, John Gleason, who was born, Sung Wook Yoon, in Seoul, South Korea. When he was just 6 months old, John was adopted by a loving Midwestern couple and raised as the second oldest of 5 Gleason kids in the Twin Cities.
The street food style menu at Bap and Chicken is John's homage to his Korean roots and American upbringing: part Korean, part American, all delicious. Enjoy!
