There's a new arcade game in the galaxy, Galactic Battleground! Come join the team making it all happen, Slackerz Inc., at NE Arcade in Northeast, Minneapolis, and compete against your friends (and foes) every Monday for GBG League Nights sponsored by Bad Weather Brewing Company!

THE GAME: Galactic Battleground is a retro-themed, multiplayer, space combat arcade game! It offers multiple game modes in which pilots battle head-to-head in high energy spaceship combat. Featuring power-ups for pilots to equip themselves with, rotating maps with destructible environments, and several mystery items, every battle offers an exciting and unique, competitive gameplay.

THE COMPETITION: Whether you have a Maverick to your Goose (but space version) or flying solo, just show up! Tournaments will be single elimination and 1v1 or 2v2 based on sign ups. Check-in at 7:45pm, tournaments start at 8pm. Weekly prizes will go to winners! This 9-week tournament series begins March 12 and culminates with a final GRAND PRIZE tournament in which previous weekly winners will compete for a Bad Weather brewery tour!

***The first two weeks (2/27, 3/5) are PRACTICE in which the game will be on free-play for new pilots to earn their wings - they are not "official" tournament dates.***
