GoBBQ is a premium food truck based in the east metro of Minneapolis and St. Paul.  Serving out of this world BBQ at fairs, festivals, corporate events, and street corners across the Twin Cities is our passion!

We live BBQ and understand what  makes it special.  It starts with the meat.  We only use the highest quality beef, pork and chicken, sourced locally.  Seasoned just right with our in house signature rub.  Then we wood fire smoke it to perfection up to 14 hours in our commercial rotisserie smokers every day.  Always fresh, always delicious.  We NEVER reheat our meats like most of the competition.
