This is a post WWII era lager. Specifically tailored around the year 1946. With the fear of worldwide famine after the war, brewers were using just about anything they could get their hands on that would ferment.
In 1946 brewers in America used a large amount of cassava sourced from South America. It contains lots of starch but requires some work to liquefy and extract it by cereal mashing and the help of enzymes. 6-row, flaked corn, and flaked rice makeup the rest of the grist
Similar grist ratios they would have used in 1946. Cluster hops, and a slightly higher finishing gravity than those "crispy bois" this will a an extremely drinkable 4.0% ABV, 20 IBU, very pale in colored offering.
