Single malt. Single hop. Single decoction. Simple yet delicious. Our Pils is a hybrid of sorts. Call it a mix of German and American influences. Nutty malt and floral/herbal hop aromas. Flavors of honey/bready malt along with floral hops. Medium bitterness. Light bodied, with a crisp, dry finish. Pours a clear pale gold with a lingering white head.
