Our hazy IPA got a few tweaks this go around. Brewed with Norweigan Hornindal Kveik yeast and Minnesota grown Mighty Axe ARTIC blend of hops. This yeast ferments extremely hot without any off flavors or aromas but instead has intense tropical character . Loads of pineapple, orange julius, papaya, and sweet malt aromas. Flavors of soft oats and malt along with tropical fruit. Pours a hazy dark yellow with a white head.
