A new Hazy IPA is pouring at the taproom and in crowlers. NEON SUNRISE is packed with New Zealand Rakau & Waimea hops along with US El Dorado.

Brewed with a special yeast strain from Omega Yeast Labs. This strain can unlock bound aroma precursors in malt and hops called Thiols that most other yeast strains cannot do. Aroma’s of apricot, and tropical/punchy hops. Flavors of stone fruit, pear, and oats. Soft bodied with a semi-sweet finish and low bitterness. Pours a hazy straw color with a rocky white head.
