Bad Weather and Waldmann breweries are proud to join forces for what just may be Minnesota’s first-ever collab brew for Ales for ALS! Head brewers Andy and Adam are following identical Saison recipes using a donated mix of Yakima Valley hops, but Bad Weather’s will be a high temp fermentation, while Waldmann’s will be low temp—and this style is all about the character of the yeast!
