Brewed with French Pilsner malt grown in the champagne region of France, this Pilsner is a little more malt forward than its German counterpart. Single decoction for some layered malt character. Hop flavors and aromas of strawberry, lilac, orange cream, and a hint of spice. Light bodied with light bitterness that finishes dry. Pours a clear straw with a white head.

This was the very last recipe formulated and final brewday by our former Lead Brewer Ryan Kartes. He has taken over the reigns as Head Brewer at Bear Cave Brewing . Congrats to Ryan!
