Who is Sweet Lou?
Louisa Farhat founded Sweet Lou’s Craft sausage & Butchery with Tim Dubay after more than a decade of experience as a butcher and chef.
Louisa has developed sausage and charcuterie programs for a number of restaurants and butcher shops in Chicago and Minneapolis- always with a commitment to sustainable and local whole animal butchery.
Tim has worked in many of the top restaurants around the twin cities for the last 10 years. His talent and creativity drive the food truck’s seasonal menu.
A passion for creating unique and quality food rooted in traditional technique is a driving force behind Sweet Lou’s, and we are excited to join the Twin Cities vibrant and diverse food scene!
