Sincerely Eats is a food truck located in Little Canada, Minnesota. We are a First Generation Hmong-American Asian Fusion food truck specializing in Rice Bowls. Though we started in 2023, 2024 is our first official season in business. Our main menu consists of Chicken, Beef, and Tofu Katsu Teriyaki. We also feature different specials of the day which can range from mom's homemade egg rolls, to pork belly, lo mein and deep fried rice balls.
