2021's version was aged in Bourbon and Single Malt Whiskey Barrels from J. Carver Distillery in Waconia Minnesota. Full bodied with notes of chocolate, roast, and dark fruits. Assertive bitterness that accompanies the malt sweetness and higher alcohol. Big, bold, flavors meant for cold weather and campfires.
