Chef Tony's Bio: I've been working in the food industry for 10 years. I have held positions for a variety of concepts from raw vegan to college food service to catering for the rich and famous on their private jets. One thing I always love preparing and eating myself is simple, comfort food. To me, the one worldwide comfort food is BBQ, cooking food over a wood fire. For the last 3 years, I've been competing in BBQ competitions to hone my skills and fine tune my recipes against some of the best BBQ teams in the country. Now I'm ready to share that with you.
